Veteran has many sport enthusiasts– curling, recreational hockey and baseball prove to be favorites. Our many sport facilities include baseball diamonds, soccer fields, a curling rink, skating arena, disking hall, and a new playground located at the school as well as near the campground. The Veteran Minor Sports Association recently constructed a skateboard park, located near the school. These facilities all make Veteran a popular place for enjoying activities and participating in sporting events such as our annual Sports Day.
