Town of Castor

Incorporated in 1910, the year that the Lacombe to Coronation Canadian Pacific Rail Line was completed. The Town is situated in a coal mining region and natural gas is prevalent in the area. Located at the intersection of the highways of 12 & 36 it is part of the parkland region.
